摘要 教师教育问题是教师专业化发展道路上的重点问题之一。研究在对我国体育教师职前教育现状分析的基础上,指出传统"项目划分模式"与教师教育专业标准的理念、各学段学校对体育教师的需求以及与未来的施教对象、教材等方面存在着的错位现象,并提出了"学段划分模式"的新构想。新模式将解决我国体育教师教育形式演变中的断层现象,同时为推动体育教师教育一体化模式的构建和促进各学段的体育教师专业化发展提供理论依据。 Pre-service education for PE teacher has become a decisive factor for professional specialization. Based on status quo of education for PE teachers in China,the research illustrates the disadvantage of traditional"event mode",by which incongruity occur when it tries to match the criteria of teacher's education,tries try to suit different demands for PE teachers in different schools and tries to fit different teaching object and text books. New"learning phase mode"is thus created to solve the inconsistence in the process of PE teacher form evolution,to promote the mode construction of education for PE teachers. It will provide theoretical basis for PE teachers' professional development.
