我国一般人群血液中锑元素含量调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解我国一般人群血液中锑元素的含量水平,并分析其人群分布特点,建立我国一般人群生物样本中锑元素含量参考值和横断面基础数据。方法在2009-2010年间采用分层抽样的方法,从东、中、西部3个地区抽取8个省(自治区、直辖市),共完成18 120名调查对象的全血样品的采集。应用电感藕合等离子体质谱法检测血液中锑元素的含量,比较分析我国一般人群血液中锑元素含量在不同年龄、性别中的分布特征。结果我国一般人群血液中锑元素含量中位数为3.46μg/L,其中男性为3.42μg/L,女性为3.48μg/L,在性别间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.62;P>0.05)。锑元素含量随年龄增长呈下降趋势且差异有统计学意义(χ2=35.98;P<0.01)。我国人群血液中锑元素含量明显高于国外相关报道。结论自大样本测定、提供了我国一般人群中锑元素含量的可靠数据,也是评估环境污染的一个参考。 Objective To investigate the levels of antimony elements in the general population blood in China,understand the population distribution,and establish content reference value in the general population and cross-sectional data of biological samples.Methods A cross-sectional study was performed on 18120 subjects with from 6to 60years-old of 24 regions among 8provinces from 2009 to 2010.The subjects were recruited by stratification sampling method from China.The environmental and physical condition characteristics were collected from a questionnaire,and urine samples were collected at the mean time.The levels of blood antimony were measured using ICP-MS.Data were analyzed by statistics.to compare the distribution characteristics of blood antimony in age and gender.Results Totally,the median of blood antimony were 3.46μg/L.And the male was 3.42μg/L,the female was 3.48μg/L,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in blood antimony levels between the males and the females(χ2= 2.62,P 0.05).And there was statistically significant difference in blood antimony levels among age groups(χ2=35.98;P 0.01),and showed a decreasing trend with age increase.Conclusions The levels of blood antimony in general population in China from present study will provide scientific and reliable reference data for further scientific research.
