珠海市医务人员慢性疲劳状况与心理健康的相关性分析

Analysis on relatiohsip of chronic fatigue and mental health of medical staff in Zhuhai City

目的分析医务人员慢性疲劳状况与心理健康的相关性。方法采用抽样方法于2015年3-4月对珠海市54家不同等级医疗机构医务人员进行网络调查,分别采用疲劳量表FS-14及症状自评量表SCL-90对2 111名医务人员慢性疲劳状况及心理健康情况进行测评,并进行相关性分析。结果疲劳评分随医院等级、科室/部门、学历、锻炼及睡眠呈正相关,随之升高其疲劳评分亦升高;性别及月收入与其心理健康情况无统计学相关性,职称、学历、医院等级、用餐情况、健康状况等与心理健康情况呈现正相关;健康状况、学历、月支出情况等为影响医务人员慢性疲劳状况的因素;离职想法、健康状况、用餐、月支出情况为影响医务人员心理健康因素;医务人员心理健康状况与疲劳状况呈正相关。结论医务人员慢性疲劳状况与其心理健康情况有关,若心理健康状况越好,则慢性疲劳程度较轻;反之,疲劳程度加重。

Objective To analyze the relationship between chronic fatigue and mental health of medical staff.Methods Medical staff from fifty-four medical institutions of different levels in Zhuhai City were surveryed through online by using sampling method from March to April 2015.The chronic fatigue and mental health status of 2111 cases of medical staff were assessed by using fatigue scale FS-14 and symptom self rating scale SCL-90 respectively,and the correlation analysis was carried.Results According to the Results,fatigue score was positively correlated with hospital level,department or section,education,exercise and sleep status.There were no significant correlation of fatigue score and gender,monthly income and mental health,but it was positively correlated with professional title,education,hospital grade,dining,health status and mental health.Health status,education,monthly expenses.etc were factors that influenced chronic fatigue of medical staff.Leaving thoughts,health status,dining,and monthly expenses were factors that influenced psychological health of medical staff.The mental health status of medical staff was positively correlated with the fatigue status.Conclusions Chronic fatigue status of medical workers is related to their mental health status,and the better mental health is,the relatively lighter chronic fatigue degree is.Conversely,fatigue degree increases.
