盐胁迫对毛叶山桐子生长的影响

Effect of Salt Stress on Growth of Idesia polycarpa var. vestita

在塑料大棚内采用盆栽试验法,以毛叶山桐子(Idesia polycarpa var.vestita)1年生苗为对象,研究盐胁迫对其生长的影响。结果表明:毛叶山桐子在Na Cl<0.25%胁迫下,幼苗的形态特征、株高和地径变化趋势与对照一致,生长影响不大;在NaCl≥0.25%胁迫下,9 d后大部分幼苗叶片萎蔫凋落,18 d后大部分植株死亡。所以,毛叶山桐子耐盐临界浓度在0.1%左右。

The research objective of this article is focused on the one-year-old seedlings Idesia polycarpa var. vestita,to study on the effects of those growth with the stress of different NaCl concentration by pot experiment in the plastic greenhouses. The results showed that the seedlings morphological characteristics,height and ground diameter variation of I. polycarpa var. vestita were consistent with the control,and the growth was almost unaffected under the NaCl concerntration（ 〈0. 25%）. The leaves of seedling was wilting litter under the NaCl concerntration（≥ 0. 25%） after 9 days. Most of the seedlings were death after 18 days. So,salt tolerance of I. polycarpa var. vestita is in the 0. 1% or so.
