江南油杉半同胞子代家系早期生长分析 被引量:4

摘要 对福建省华安西陂国有林场江南油杉23个家系子代测定林幼龄林的生长遗传性表现进行分析,并对表现优良的家系进行早期选择。结果表明,2年生不同家系树高、地径和冠幅平均值分别为30.3 cm、4.7 mm和20.9 cm,3年生不同家系树高、地径和冠幅平均值分别为70.0 cm、15.2 mm和52.8 cm。不同家系的生长性状遗传变异系数均在10%以上,说明家系的变异比较丰富。不同家系的各生长性状遗传增益在3%以上,说明江南油杉幼龄林的生长受遗传因素的影响较大。同龄的树高、地径和冠幅生长极显著相关。通过综合分析,初步选出5个早期生长较好的家系,5个家系树高、地径和冠幅的平均值分别为78.6 cm、17.9 mm和56.6 cm,平均遗传增益分别为5.00%、6.60%和2.21%。 In the Xipi National Forest Farm of Hua'an,the growth genetic performance and early selection of 23 families of Keteleeria cyclolepis in the period of young forest were described in this paper. The results of the study showed the average values of tree height,ground diameter and crown were 30. 3 cm,4. 7 mm and 20. 9 cm in different families 2 years old,and the average value of tree height,ground diameter and crown were 70. 0 cm,15. 2 mm and 52. 8 cm in different families 3 years old. The coefficients of genetic variation of growth traits in different families were all higher than 10%,which indicated the variation of the families were more abundant. The genetic gain of growth traits in different families were all higher than 0. 3,which indicated that growth of Keteleeria cyclolepis young forest growth were affected by genetic factors. The tree height,diameter and crown growth at the same time was significantly correlated. Through comprehensive analysis,5 superior families were selected preliminarily,and the average value of tree height,ground diameter and crown were 78. 6 cm,17. 9 mm and 56. 6 cm,and the genetic gain was 5. 00%,6. 60% and 2. 21%,respectively.
