摘要
为了探究光子晶体中堆叠方向上的可调谐性,在三维光子晶体(Woodpile结构)中,利用Woodpile结构的空间特性设计、模拟和分析Y型波导的传输特性,对Y型波导进行了平面和非平面的优化设计。研究结果表明,非平面的优化设计可以很好地调节导模的范围,实现波导良好的传输特性,在光学器件集成方面具有重要的应用价值。
In order to explore the tunability in the stacking direction in a photonic crystal,a Y-type waveguide has been designed.Using the finite different time domain method,the Y-type waveguide incorporates both off-plane and on-plane optimization.The results show that off-plane optimization of the Y-type waveguide can effectively adjust the range of guided modes and afford good transmission characteristics,which is valuable for applications in integrated optics.
