摘要
基于前期的理论分析和试验室试验,将镁渣用作炼钢脱硫剂在冷水江钢铁有限公司进行了工业试验,试验结果表明:单纯使用镁渣作为脱硫剂,采用喷吹法,其脱硫效率能达到80%以上,较之其现有使用CaO系的脱硫效率大幅提高。另外,本文也进行了脱硫效果与镁渣的使用量和喷枪插入深度的试验。
Based on the pre - time theoretical analysis and laboratory test, the industrial test was carried out in Lengshuijiang Steel Co, Ltd. taking magnesium slag as desulfurizer. The result showed that desulfurization efficiency by Injection process with magnesium slag could be more than 80%, higher than using CaO system. The relation between desulfurization efficiency and dosage of magnesium slag or the position of injection lanch were also researched.
