摘要
当前,6063铝合金被越来越广泛地应用于建筑、装饰和工业生产等领域,因此,对它的强度要求也越来越受到关注。随着生产的自动化和效率的提高,如何迅速、准确地对它的强度进行合理的判定,以利于为各相关生产厂家的生产过程和控制产品质量提供更好的、具有实际意义的指导作用,也就成为目前需要解决的问题。由于硬度反映了金属材料在局部范围内对塑性变形的抗力,因此,金属材料的硬度和强度之间存在一定的内在联系。运用最小二乘法对6063铝合金的韦氏硬度值与抗拉强度值的关系展开研究,建立它们之间的关系式,可以较快地得出强度值。
Today, 6063 aluminum alloys are widely used in the fields of building, decoration and industrial manufacture. Therefore, we have paid more attention to its strength requirement. As production automation and effectiveness improve, we have to solve the urgent problem how to determine the strength of 6063 aluminum alloy profile quickly and accurately. Solving this problem will help relative manufactures improve the production process and product quality control. Because hardness reflects the resistance of plasticity in the part of the material, we can see that there is a kind of relationship between hardness and strength. The research has been made on the relationship between Weber hardness and tensile strength by using least square method to build up a formula, and then we can get the strength quickly.
