摘要
聚酰亚胺(PI)作为一种优异的高性能工程塑料,具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、优良的介电性和力学性能,广泛应用于航空航天、微电子、液晶显示、纳米技术气体分离膜、激光以及复合材料等领域。本文主要综述了聚酰亚胺的分类、制备方法及其相关性能,以及在复合材料中的应用,并对其发展进行了展望。
Polyimide (PI) is a kind of high performance engineering plastics with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dielectrical and mechanical properties, it has been widely used in aerospace, microelectronics, nanotechnology LCD, gas separation membrane, laser and composite materials and other fields. This paper summarizes the classification of polyimide fiber, the preparation method, and related properties, application in composite material, and its development was prospected.
