摘要
采用阳离子淀粉预絮聚的方法改性合成硅酸钙(CaSiO_3)填料,分析阳离子淀粉预絮聚改性对合成硅酸钙填料预絮聚体颗粒粒度、抗剪切性能和纸张强度性能的影响。结果表明:合成CaSiO_3填料经过阳离子淀粉预絮聚改性之后,颗粒粒径增大,跨距减小,粒径分布均一性得到较大改善;填料的留着率以及纸张的强度性能也得到显著的提高。
The pre-flocculation modification technology was adopted to modify the synthetic calcium silicate filler with cationic starch.'Ihe effect of pre-flocculation on the particle size, resistance against shear force of flocs, and properties of paper with synthetic calcium silicate filler were investigated in this work. the experimental results indicated that the size of the synthetic calcium silicate increased, the particle size distribution span is reduced, the size distribution uniformity were improved greatly after pre-flocculation. The retention of the fillers and the strength properties of the paper were also significantly improved.
