上海市“月子会所”现况调查与分析

Current situation investigation and analysis of Postpartum Care Center in Shanghai

本文旨在通过对上海市"月子会所"的调查与分析,探索"月子会所"卫生监管模式及监管重点,保障该场所内母婴健康安全。方法:对上海市36家"月子会所"进行实地调查,填写调查表,并进行统计分析。结果:上海的"月子会所"已具规模,大中型月子会所占主导地位。会所选址以酒店内为主,除了母婴日常护理外,婴儿沐浴和游泳、产妇足浴和美容均出现在会所中。母婴用品用具清洗消毒、从业人员健康体检及集中式空调、饮水卫生等,与公共场所卫生监管内容相同。大部分会所聘用医护人员,涉及医疗卫生监管。会所管理者普遍认为不需要开设医务室,也不希望按照护理站的设置标准来开设"月子会所",产妇和婴儿如果有需要诊疗的疾病或伤口,可以到相关医疗机构去就诊。结论:建议将"月子会所"纳入公共场所监管范畴,强化依法行医的宣传和监管,加大无证行医的打击力度。

The paper explored the health supervision mode and emphases of Postpartum Care Center through investigating and analyzing the Postpartum Care Center,to ensure maternal and infant health in these places.Methods：36Postpartum Care Centers in Shanghai were investigated on-the-spot and filled out questionnaires.Statistical analysis was conducted then.Results：Postpartum Care Centers in Shanghai were dominated by large and mediumsized ones.There were always located in the hotel.Besides the daily care of the baby,there were baby bath and swimming,maternal foot bath and beauty appeared in the clubhouse.The regulatory content of cleaning and disinfection for maternal and infant equipment,health examination for employees,central air conditioning as well as sanitation of drinking water were the same as health supervision in public places.Most centers employ health care workers which is involved in health supervision.Center managers generally thought that there didn＇t to open the infirmary,also didn＇t want to in accordance with the standards for establishment of nursing station to set up Postpartum Care Center.If maternal and infant needed diagnosis and treatment of disease,they could ask for doctor via going to the relevant medical institutions.Conclusion：Authors suggested that Postpartum Care Center should be included in the scope of regulation in public places for strengthening the propaganda and supervision of medical practice and increasing the fight against unlicensed medical practice.
