摘要
目的探讨喜炎平联合利巴韦林对小儿手足口病(HFMD)心肌酶谱、血糖及乳酸水平的影响。方法将江门市新会区人民医院2013-01—2015-12间收治的小儿HFMD 118例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序采用单双号数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各59例,对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组采用喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗,比较两组患儿的疗效、心肌酶谱、血糖及血乳酸水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.6%vs 79.9%)显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗后的α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB及Hs-CRP水平均显著低于对照组治疗后,P<0.05;观察组治疗后的FPG及乳酸水平均显著低于对照组治疗后,P<0.05,观察组住院时间显著低于对照组,P<0.001。结论喜炎平联合利巴韦林与仅采用利巴韦林治疗疗效更为理想,可有效减轻心肌损伤、降低炎症,促使血糖及血乳酸水平回归正常。
Objective To explore the effect of myocardial enzymes,glucose and lactate levels of Xiyanping joint ribavirin treatment for foot and mouth disease in children. Methods 118 HFMD children from January,2013 to December,2015 were regarded as the research subject. And according to the order of admission,they were assigned into observation group and control group using odd and even numbers,with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Lee ribavirin treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xiyanping joint ribavirin. The efficacy,myocardial enzymes,blood sugar and blood lactate levels of two groups of children were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group( 96. 6% vs 79. 9%) was significantly higher than the control group,P 〈 0. 05. The α-HBDH,CK,CK-MB and Hs-CRP level after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,P 〈 0. 05. The FPG level and blood lactate levels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,P〈 0. 05. The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P 〈0. 001. Conclusion The efficacy of Xiyanping combined with ribavirin is more effective than ribavirin,which can effectively reduce myocardial damage,reduce inflammation,and promote a return to normal blood sugar and blood lactate levels.
