注射用生长抑素对腹腔镜手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效的影响

Effect of Somatostatin for Injection on therapeutic effect of laparoscopicoperation in treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的探讨分析注射用生长抑素对腹腔镜手术治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效的影响,为粘连性肠梗阻患者的临床治疗提供新的思路及理论支持。方法抽取2012年4月—2015年3月滑县人民医院接收的102例粘连性肠梗阻患者,根据治疗方法不同分为手术组及联合组,各51例。手术组仅采用腹腔镜手术治疗,联合组在手术治疗基础上加用生长抑素注射液。术后9个月对患者进行随访,对比两组患者治疗效果及肛门恢复排气和肠蠕动恢复时间、住院时间。结果联合组治疗总有效率为94.12%,手术组为90.20%,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组肛门恢复排气时间、肠蠕动恢复时间及住院时间均明显少于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合腹腔镜手术及生长抑素注射液治疗粘连性肠梗阻患者效果显著,可有效提升治疗效果,缩短机体生理功能恢复时间,具有一定临床价值,值得推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Somatostatin for Injection on the curative effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction,to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the clinical treatment of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods Totally 102 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction received in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2015 were selected,according to the different treatment methods,they were divided into operation group and combination group,51 cases in each group. The operation group was treated by laparoscopic operation,and the combination group was treated with somatostatin injection on the basis of operation. The patients were followed up for 9 months after operation,and the recovery time and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 94. 12%,while the operation group was90. 20%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0. 05）; The recovery time,and length of hospital stay in the combination group were significantly less than those the operation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery and somatostatin injection in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction patients is significant,can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the recovery time of physiological functions of the body,with certain clinical value,it is worth popularization and application.
