阑尾脓肿手术治疗和非手术治疗效果观察

Observation of curative effect by operative treatment andnon-operative treatment for appendicular abscess

目的分析阑尾脓肿手术治疗和非手术治疗效果。方法选取接受手术治疗的49例阑尾脓肿患者做为手术组,另外选取同时期接受非手术治疗的51例阑尾脓肿患者做为非手术组,观察两组患者临床症状缓解情况,比较两组患者的住院治疗时间、治疗费用及治疗期间并发症发生情况。结果手术组患者住院治疗时间为(10.3±2.2)d,短于非手术组的(16.5±3.4)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术组患者治疗费用为(3675.5±667.5)元,低于非手术组的(4921.6±788.8)元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术组患者治疗期间并发症发生率为6.12%;非手术组患者患者治疗期间并发症发生率为21.57%;手术组患者治疗期间并发症发生率低于非手术组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术组患者治愈率为100.00%,高于非手术组的86.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论把握好适应证、手术时机,并做好充足准备,手术治疗阑尾脓肿无疑是更为可取且有效的手段。

Objective To analyze curative effect by operative treatment and non-operative treatment for appendicular abscess. Methods There were 49 patients with appendicular abscess receiving operative treatment as operation group and another 51 patients with appendicular abscess at the same period receiving non-operative treatment as non-operation group. Relief condition of clinical symptoms was observed in both groups. Comparison was made on hospitalization time, treatment cost and complications during treatment between the two groups. Results The operation group had shorter hospitalization time as （10.3 ± 2.2） d than （16.5 ± 3.4） d in the non- operation group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The operation group had lower treatment cost as （3675.5 ± 667.5） yuan than （4921.6 ±788.8） yuan in the non-operation group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.The operation group had incidence of complication during treatment as 6.12%, and the non-operation group had incidence of complication during treatment as 21.57%. The operation group had lower incidence of complication during treatment than the non-operation group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The operation group had higher cure rate as 100.00% than 86.27% in the non-operation group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With precise indication and operation opportunity mastery and full operation, operative treatment can undoubtedly act as a feasible and effect measure for appendicular abscess.
