针灸理疗结合中药外敷治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect by acupuncture physiotherapy combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gonarthromeningitis

目的评价在膝关节滑膜炎治疗中采用针灸理疗与中药外敷联合治疗的临床治疗效果。方法 92例膝关节滑膜炎患者,以随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组46例。采用针灸理疗与中药外敷联合治疗的患者作为实验组,采用中药外敷治疗的患者作为对照组,治疗后将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后,实验组患者中显效36例(78.26%),有效8例(17.39%),无效2例(4.35%),治疗总有效率为95.65%,对照组患者中显效21例(45.65%),有效15例(32.61%),无效10例21.74%,治疗总有效率为78.26%,实验组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节滑膜炎治疗中采用针灸理疗与中药外敷联合治疗效果明显,在临床上值得应用和大力推广。

Objective To evaluate clinical curative effect by acupuncture physiotherapy combined with external application of Chinese medicine applied in the treatment of gonarthromeningitis. Methods A total of 92 patients with gonarthromeningitis were divided by random number table into experimental group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. The experimental group received aeupttncture physiotherapy combined with external application of Chinese medicine for treatment, and the control group received external application of Chinese medicine for treatment. Comparison was made on clinical curative effects between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, there were 36 excellent cases （78.26%）, 8 effective cases （17.39%） and 2 ineffective cases （4.35%） in the experimental group, with total effective rate in treatment as 95.65%. There were 21 excellent eases （45.65%）, 15 effective eases （32.61%） and 10 ineffective eases （21.74%） in the control group, with total effective rate in treatment as 78.26%. The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of acupuncture physiotherapy and external application of Chinese medicine for combined treatment of gonarthromeningitis provides excellent curative effect, and this method is worth widely clinical application and promotion.
