针对性术前干预对择期手术患儿的影响及效果

Influence and effect by targeted preoperative intervention on children patients in selective operation

目的探讨针对性术前干预对择期手术患儿的影响及取得的临床效果。方法 124例需要择期手术的患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组采取常规的护理工作模式,观察组采用针对性术前干预,即将需在手术室建立的静脉通路改在人手术室前、在父母陪伴下完成静脉穿刺;将术后护理健康指导时机改在术前1d完成。观察并对比两组不同护理模式对患儿的影响及收到的效果。结果观察组一次静脉穿刺成功率95.16%、家长手术室外等候时间(97.00±26.06)min、患儿及家长满意度98.39%,均明显优于对照组的83.87%、(133.00±16.95)min、88.71%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性术前干预不仅可以提高小儿一次静脉穿刺成功率,减轻患儿的恐惧及患儿家长等候时间过长带来的心理压力,同时可以提高满意度,提升医疗护理质量和工作效率。

Objective To investigate influence by targeted preoperative intervention on children patients in selective operation and its clinical effect. Methods A total of 124 children patients in selective operation as study subjects were randomly divided into control group observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing pattern, and the observation group received targeted preoperative intervention, including venous channel establishment before entering operating room along with parents companion, and nursing health education in preoperative 1 d instead of postoperative education. Observation and comparison were made on influence and effects by different nursing measures between the two groups. Results The observation group had first success rate of venipuncture as 95.16%, parents waiting time as （97.00 ± 26.06） rain, children and parents satisfaction as 98.39%, which were obviously higher than 83.87%, （133.00 ± 16.95） min and 88.71% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted preoperative nursing can not only improve first success rate of venipuncture and relieve fear in children patients and psychological stress in parents during long waiting time, but also improve their satisfaction and enhance nursing quality and work efficiency in medical treatment.
