显微根尖倒充填手术治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of microscopic retrograde filling surgery in the treatment of refractory apical periodontitis

目的评价显微根尖倒充填手术治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法 45例(54颗)难治性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行显微根尖倒充填手术,术后3个月、1年复查,评价术后疗效。结果术后随访,成功50颗(92.6%),失败4颗(7.4%)(2颗根折,1颗因为牙周情况不佳,1颗原因不明)。牙位分布、年龄分布、性别分布间成功率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微根尖倒充填手术可以明显提高难治性根尖周炎的治疗成功率。

Objective To evaluated the clinical effect of microscopic retrograde filling surgery in the treatment of refractory apical periodontitis. Methods 45 patients（54 teeth） with refractory apical periodontitis as study subjects all received microscopic retrograde filling surgery, and their postoperative effect was evaluated after 3 months and 1 year of review. Results There were 50 success teeth（92.6%）, 4 failure teeth（7.4%）（2 teeth with dental root fracture, 1 for poor periodontal condition and 1 for unknown reasons）. There was no statistically significant difference in success rate of teeth, age, gender distribution（P0.05）. Conclusion Microscopic retrograde filling surgery can significantly improve the success rate of refractory apical periodontitis.
