口腔残根与残冠采用根管纤维桩系统修复的临床效果研究

Study on clinical effect of root canal fiber post system in the repair of oral residual roots and crowns

目的分析口腔残根与残冠采用根管纤维桩系统修复的效果。方法 82例(125颗患牙)口腔残根与残冠患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者实施铸造金属桩修复,观察组采取根管纤维桩修复。记录两组患者成功率,并分析固位根折性能。结果观察组患者成功率91.8%显著高于对照组76.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组松动脱落发生率3.3%低于对照组14.1%,折断发生率3.3%低于对照组14.1%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根管纤维桩系统修复口腔残根与残冠能够提高临床疗效,并发症少,满足临床修复需求,具有应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of root canal fiber post system in the repair of oral residual roots and crowns. Methods A total of 82 oral residual roots and crowns patients（125 involved teeth） were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received cast metal post repair, and the observation group received root canal fiber post repair. Success rate was recorded in two groups and retention root fracture property was analyzed. Results The observation group had obviously higher success rate as 91.8% than 76.6% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of loose and dislocation as 3.3% than 14.1%, and lower incidence of fracture as 3.3% than 14.1% in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Root canal fiber post system can improve the clinical effect in the repair of oral residual roots and crowns with less complications, and it also can meet the demand of clinical repair, so it has application value.
