左氧氟沙星联合妇科千金片对慢性盆腔炎患者炎性因子的影响

Influence by levofloxacin combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets on inflammatory factors in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients

目的探究左氧氟沙星联合妇科千金片对慢性盆腔炎患者炎性因子的影响。方法 110例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。观察组患者给予左氧氟沙星联合妇科千金片治疗,对照组患者仅给予左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.7%,显著高于对照组的72.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白带增多、子宫或附件压痛、盆腔积液发生率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-10水平均显著高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用左氧氟沙星联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎,可显著改善临床症状,抑制盆腔慢性炎症,具有良好疗效与安全性,值得临床推广采用。

Objective To investigate influence by levofloxacin combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets on inflammatory factors in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The observation group received levofloxacin combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets for treatment, and the control group received levofloxacin for treatment alone. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 92.7% than 72.7% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had much lower incidences of leukorrhagia, uterine and appendages pressing pain, and pelvic effusion than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had much higher interleukin（IL）-2, IL-4 and IL-10 levels than the control group, and it had lower tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） level than the control group. The difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of levofloxacin and Fuke Qianjin tablets in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can remarkably improve clinical symptoms and inhibit chronic pelvic inflammation. This method contains excellent curative effect and safety, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
