舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect by Seretide combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma

目的探究沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂(舒利迭)联合孟鲁司特钠对于咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法 98例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者给予舒利迭单独治疗,实验组患者给予舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、咳嗽缓解及消失时间、肺功能改善以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组治疗总有效率为93.9%,明显高于对照组的79.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组咳嗽缓解时间及消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组肺功能指标均较治疗前有所改善,且实验组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠可有效缓解咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床症状,改善肺功能,且有较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and safety by salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation（Seretide） combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods A total of 98 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received Seretide alone for treatment, and the experimental group received Seretide combined with montelukast sodium for treatment. Comparison was made on curative effect, cough remission and disappearance rate, pulmonary function improvement and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment as 93.9% than 79.6% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. The experimental group had shorter cough remission time and disappearance time than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. After treatment, both groups had better pulmonary function indexes than those before treatment, and the experimental group had more remarkable improvement. Their difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Seretide and montelukast sodium can effectively relieve clinical symptom of cough variant asthma and improve pulmonary function, along with high safety. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
