断指、断肢再植术中的电子气压止血仪的应用和护理干预观察

Observation on application of electronic air pressure hemostasis instrument in severed finger and limb reimplantation and nursing intervention

目的分析断指、断肢再植术中电子气压止血仪的应用效果,总结最佳止血方案。方法 80例行断指、断肢再植术的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组行常规止血带止血,观察组采用电子气压止血仪止血,且两组均进行护理干预,观察分析两组患者的止血效果。结果观察组总止血满意度95.0%高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度评分为(0.4±0.7)分,明显优于对照组的(1.5±1.1)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后总并发症发生率5.0%低于对照组的20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在断指、断肢再植术中应用电子气压止血仪能起到较好的止血效果,联合针对性的护理干预则能更好促进止血治疗的顺利进行,有利于患者的恢复,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze application effect by electronic air pressure hemostasis instrument in severed finger and limb reimplantation, and to summarize the preferred hemostasis scheme. Methods A total of 80 patient in severed finger and limb reimplantation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional tourniquet for hemostasis, and the observation group received electronic air pressure hemostasis instrument. Both groups received nursing intervention. Observation and analysis was made on hemostasis effects in the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total hemostasis satisfaction as 95.0% than 75.0% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. The observation group had obviously better comfort score as（0.4±0.7） points than（1.5±1.1） points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. The observation group had lower total incidence of postoperative complications s 5.0% than 20.0% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of electronic air pressure hemostasis instrument in severed finger and limb reimplantation shows excellent hemostasis effect. Combing with targeted nursing intervention, this method can remarkably accelerate successful hemostasis treatment. It is beneficial for rehabilitation in patients, along with high application value.
