摘要
为降低建模复杂度,提出一种改进的有杆抽油系统动态机理建模方法。该方法基于动能守恒原理对传统转动惯量的计算方法进行简化,建立地面系统的动态模型。然后将地面和井下作为一个有机的整体建立有杆抽油系统的机理模型并对其进行仿真研究。以胜利油田辛11-106井为例对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法不仅简化计算,降低模型对地面设备几何尺寸等数据的依赖,而且能够得到较为精确的系统悬点示功图,使该模型具有更好的推广能力。
An improved dynamic mechanism modeling method of the sucker rod pumping system was proposed to reduce the complexity of modeling.Principle of kinetic energy conservation was adopted to simplify the traditional calculation method for the moment of inertia,and the dynamic model of ground system was established.Then the dynamic mechanism model of the sucker rod pumping system was modeled and simulated by integrating ground unit and underground unit as a whole.Simulation study on the Shengli Oilfield Xin 11-106 demonstrates that the modeling method can not only reduce calculation and dependence on the geometry dimensions of the ground equipment but also obtain accurate hanging-point dynamometer card,which make the model have better generalization ability.
