基于区位商理论的伊春国有林区主导产业选择分析

以2010—2014年伊春林业产业结构现状分析为基础,运用区位商理论对伊春国有林区林业主导产业进行识别。研究表明,伊春林业第三产业发展速度最快,林业旅游与休闲服务业产值逐年提高且发展前景好,故选取林业旅游与休闲服务业作为伊春未来一段时间的一级主导产业来培育;而对人造板、木制品、锯材木片加工和木竹藤家具制造业加以扶持和引导;考虑加强发展经济林产品种植与采集业,将其作为二级主导产业来培育;从资源优势、资金投入、科技投入方面提出了促进林业旅游与休闲服务业、经济林产品种植与采集业发展的建议。

In this paper, from 2010 to 2014 in yichun forestry industrial structure present situation analysis as the foundation, using the theory of location quotient to leading industry in Yichun state-owned forest area for identification. Study shows that the fastest yichun forestry development of tertiary industry, the forestry tourism and leisure industry output value increase year by year and good prospects for development, so the selection of forestry tourism and leisure industry as the future for a period of time the level of Yichun city leading industry to foster; And for man-made board, wood, sawn timber, wood processing and wood bamboo rattan furniture manufacturing industry to support and guide; Consider to strengthen the development of economic forest products, the gathering of the planting and as a secondary to foster leading industry. Finally,put forward suggestions that promote forestry tourism and leisure industry, economic forest products planting and collecting industry from the aspects of resources, capital investment, investment in science and technology.
