以如何实现阿尔山林区生态保护、经济转型、深化改革、融入区域经济跨越式发展为研究目标,结合当前国家林业政策探索提出了阿尔山林区融入区域经济实现跨越式发展的战略,并从稳定优化生态产业,壮大发展旅游产业,培育龙头项目等上展开论证,对如何快速实现经营方式的转变、产业经济结构的调整、森林文化建设、创新发展进行了分析;按照创机制、调结构、树文化、强生态总体战略布局,探索了阿尔山林区跨越式发展重点,新兴产业开发、林下经济发展、林区森林文化的创新、调整林区的运行结构等的方法。

In this paper, how to realize the Arxan forest region ecological protection, economic restructuring,deepening reform, leapfrog development is the goal of the research into the regional economy, combined with the current national forestry policy put forward to explore Arxan forest region into the regional economy to achieve leapfrog development strategy. Demonstrate on that stabilize and optimize ecological industry,expand the development of the tourism industry, cultivate leading project argumentation. Analyze on how to rapidly realize transformation of mode of business operation, industrial economic structure adjustment, forest culture construction, innovation and development. In accordance with the creating mechanism, adjusting the structure, strengthening the ecological culture of the overall strategic layout, explore the key of leaping development in Arxan forest region, methods that the development of new industries, forest economic development, forest culture, forest structure adjustment and innovation operation etc.
