摘要
对医保经办机构而言,"互联网+智慧医保"的实质是以人为本的管理理念的一次变革,核心目的并非简单地运用信息技术提升监管能力,而是以"用户至上、体验为王"的互联网思维,打破目前链条式管理存在的壁垒,直接从参保人出发,以互联网信息技术为手段创新管理和服务举措,或整合各类已有的信息化智能管理和智慧服务举措,实现统一的交互平台,提升医保经办服务效率,实现参保人员、医疗机构和经办机构的三赢。
The essence of "Internet + wisdom medical insurance" is a reform of the people-oriented management philosophy for medical insurance management agencies. The core purpose is not to simplify the use of information technology to enhance the regulatory capacity, but to break the current barriers in management chain by the internet thought of "customer supreme, experience first". It is started directly from the insured people, using internet information technology to achieve innovative management and service, or integrating current various intelligent management and service to achieve a uniform interactive platform to improve medical insurance management efficiency, therefore to realize the win-win situation for the insured people, medical institutions and medical insurance management agencies.
