江苏利用全球创新资源的实践研究

Research on the Reality,Challenge and Path of Jiangsu Using Global Innovation Resources

近年来,全球创新环境呈现创新全球化、网络化和多极化等一系列新特征,为江苏整合全球创新资源,参与创新全球化和建设开放型创新体系,提供了难得的机遇。本文首先分析了江苏利用全球创新资源的典型事实,在此基础上分析了江苏利用全球创新资源的模式特征,并结合国内外环境分析了江苏利用全球资源的机遇,最后在借鉴国际经验并结合江苏实践的基础上,提出了江苏利用全球创新资源的具体路径。

Recently,new features asglobalization,multi-polarization and information network has appeared in the global innovation environment.In order to integrateglobal innovation resources,participate in the construction of an open innovation system,this environmentprovides Jiangsu Province a rare opportunity.This paper defines the concept of global innovation resources from the broad and narrow perspective,and then analyzestypical facts and challengesin the use of global innovation resources in Jiangsu.It finally puts forward the concrete path based on lessons from international experience and the practice of Jiangsu.
