摘要
新型城镇化背景下中国多元化消费时代已经形成,乡土文化以村落为载体,以农民为主体,具有浓郁乡土色彩。借助于市场运作,诸多乡村文化形态获得了更广阔的生存空间和一定程度的社会认同。但是随着现代化进程不断推进、村落的消失、农村人口迁移以及消费文化盛行导致乡村文化发展陷入困境。实现乡村文化的保护、传承以及价值增值,乡村文化整合创新是必由之路。乡村文化整合创新必须运用产业化、组织化、市场化的运作方式,在观念创新、战略创新、技术创新和组织创新方面有所作为。
Under the background of the new urbanization, China's diversified consumption era has been formed, the local culture takes the village as the carrier, the farmers as the main body, with the rich local color. With the help of market operation, a lot of rural cultural forms have gained a broader living space and a certain degree of social identity. However, with the continuous advancement of modernization, the disappearance of villages, the migration of rural population and the prevalence of consumption culture, the development of rural culture is in a dilemma. It is the only way to realize the integration and innovation of rural culture to protect, inherit and increase the value of rural culture. The integration and innovation of rural culture must be carried out by the way of industrialization, organization and market operation, which makes a difference in concept innovation, strategic innovation, technological innovation and organizational innovation
