高等教育供给侧改革背景下地方本科院校培养应用型人才的思考

Reflections on Cultivating Applied Talents in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Supply-Side Reform of Higher Education

调整高等教育供给侧结构是当前我国高等教育深化综合改革的重点。地方本科院校培养应用型人才要从构建专业群、构建协同育人机制、建设应用型课程体系、建设"双师双能型"教师队伍、加强对外交流合作等方面去努力,以适应高等教育供给侧改革的新形势。

Adjusting the supply side structure of higher educations has become the working focus of the comprehensive reform of higher education in China. The training of applied talents in local colleges and universities should be based on the construction of disciplinary group, cooperative education mechanism, application-oriented curriculum system, faculty team with double-skill or double ability, and strengthening international exchange and cooperation, to adapt to the new reform situation of educational supply side.
