25例头孢西丁注射剂不良反应的文献分析

Literature review of 25 cases of adverse reactions induced by cefoxitin injection

目的探讨头孢西丁注射剂致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床安全、合理用药提供参照。方法以"头孢西丁"、"不良反应"为检索词,检索中国期刊网全文数据库、万方数据库和维普中文期刊全文数据库,按纳入与排除标准共纳入21篇文献,进行资料的提取与统计分析。结果累及系统器官主要为全身性损害、皮肤及其附件损害、消化系统损害等,主要临床表现为过敏性休克。结论应重视头孢西丁注射剂引起的不良反应,加强药学监护,确保临床用药安全。

Objective To provide technical support for safe and rational use of drugs in clinic through investigating the characteristics and mechanism of adverse reactions induced by cefoxitin injection.Methods Use ＂cefoxitin＂and adverse reaction＂ as key words to search and retrieve articles in the CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database.Twentyone references which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were extracted and analyzed.Results Systems and organs mainly involved in adverse reactions were systemic damage,damage to skin and its appendages and digestive system damage,etc.Anaphylactic shock was the most common reported adverse reaction.Conclusion It is important to pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by cefoxitin injection and strengthen pharmaceutical care,in order to ensure the safe drug use in clinic.
