摘要
促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)不仅具有促红细胞生成作用,还是一种在神经系统广泛分布,具有神经保护作用的多功能细胞因子。近年来已有大量EPO在神经系统疾病治疗方面的临床试验,但研究结果不一。本文概括了EPO在多种神经系统疾病,包括卒中、新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病、珠网膜下腔出血、外伤性脑损伤、弗里德希氏共济失调、帕金森病、不宁腿综合征、肌萎缩侧索硬化、多发性硬化中的神经保护方面的临床作用及机制研究,并阐述了其临床应用前景,旨在对EPO在神经系统保护临床研究现状有一个系统认识。
Erythropoietin(EPO) is a wide distribution cell factor with multifunction in the nervous system.It has the erythropoiesis effect and neural protection effect.In recent years,a lot of clinical trials have been carried out in the treatment of nervous system diseases with EPO,but the results are not the same.This article summarizes the clinical researches in neural protection and mechanism in a variety of nervous system diseases,including stroke,neonatal hypoxic-ischemia,subarachnoid hemorrhage,traumatic brain injury,Friedreich's ataxia Parkinson disease and restless legs syndrome,amyotrophic lateral and multiple sclerosis,and explores its clinical application.The aim of the present study is to have a systematic understanding of the current status of EPO in the protection of the nervous system.
