高校辅导员信息素养的缺失问题及培育对策

Problems and Countermeasures of College Counselors' Information Literacy Loss

高校辅导员信息素养存在一定的不足:信息意识薄弱;信息知识缺乏;信息能力的掌握不够;信息伦理道德的失范等。从信息负效应、信息化学习环境建设不足、多元化价值观的冲击与影响等方面分析了原因,并提出了培育对策,以期提高高校思想政治教育的实效性。

There are such lacks of information literacy of college counselors as weak information consciousness,shortage of information knowledge,low information capacity and moral and ethical anomie of information.The reasons are analyzed from the negative effects of information,the insufficient construction of information learning environment and the shock and influence of diversified values,and countermeasures are put forward to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
