摘要
教师在一定程度上决定了英语教学的有效性;不同的教师采用同样的教学材料,对同样水平的学生施教,教学效果却差别很大。从教学材料的选择、语言教学课堂的设计、学生的学习动机激励等外部因素以及教师的个性特征内部因素展开讨论,希望能够更好地发挥高职英语教师在组织课堂教学中的作用。
The effectiveness of English teaching depend on teachers to some extent.In spite of using same teaching materials and facing students of the same level,teaching effects vary with teachers.The selection of teaching material,the design of classroom language teaching,the inspiration of students learning motivation and other external factors and internal factors of teachers' personality characteristics are discussed,hoping to better play the role of College English teachers in the classroom teaching organization.
