基于熵值TOPSIS法的黑龙江省县域农业经济评价及研究 被引量:7

Evaluation and research on countywide agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province based on entropy TOPSIS method

摘要 "民以食为天",农业状况关系到社会的稳定。黑龙江省作为我国最大的粮食生产基地,其农业经济的发展程度直接影响着全国农业经济状况。笔者将黑龙江省62个县作为研究对象,利用熵值TOPSIS法对农业经济发展状况进行整体评价,然后从经济指标、生态指标、社会指标三个角度出发建立县域农业经济评价指标体系,对黑龙江省县域农业经济进行评价,并将评价结果可视化。综合评价结果表明:五常县、肇东市、海伦市在黑龙江省县域农业经济发展中综合排名靠前;经济指标评价结果表明:五常县、肇东市、双城市经济成效显著;生态指标评价结果表明:克东县、通河县、孙吴县生态效益良好,而五常县、肇东市、海伦市在县域农业经济发展过程中获得了可观的社会效益。基于排序结果进行模式匹配,对发展落后的县城提出发展建议。 " Food is the first necessity of the people", agricultural condition is related to the stability of the society. As the largest grain produc- tion base of China, the development of agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province directly affects the condition of agricultural economy in China. This author takes 62 counties in Heilongjiang Province as the research objects, and uses the entropy TOPSIS method to perform overall evaluation of the development status of agricultural economy. Furthermore, the author sets up an evaluation indicator system of countywide agri- cultural economy from three perspectives of economic indicators, ecological indicators and social indicators to evaluate the countywide agricultur- al economy in Heilongjiang Province, and makes the evaluation results with visualization. The results of comprehensive evaluation show that Wuchang County, Zhaodong City and Hailun City are ranked top in the development of agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province ; the eval- uation results of economic indicators show that Wuchang County, Zhaodong City and Shuangcheng City have remarkable economic results ; the e- valuation results of ecological indicators show that Kedong County, Tonghe County and Sunwu County have good ecological benefits; while Wuchang County, Zhaodang City and Hailun City obtain considerable social benefits in the development process of countywide agricultural econ- omy. Finally, the author performs the pattern matching based on the sorting result, and puts forward development proposals to the development of backward counties.
