糖皮质激素吸入治疗对支气管哮喘急性发作患者血清IL-5和IL-10的影响 被引量:22

Effects of Glucocorticoid Inhalation Therapy on IL-5 and IL-10 Levels of Patients with Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

摘要 目的探讨糖皮质激素吸入治疗对支气管哮喘患者血清白介素(IL-5)和IL-10的影响。方法选取2015年1月—12月支气管哮喘急性发作期患者80例,按治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予茶碱口服和β_2受体激动剂吸入治疗;观察组给予糖皮质激素和β_2受体激动剂吸入治疗。检测并比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效和各项肺功能指标。用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心法检测治疗前后血清IL-5和IL-10水平,比较两组血清IL-5和IL-10水平差异。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肺活量、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积和最大呼气流量均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-5水平低于治疗前,IL-10水平高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组血清IL-5水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素是治疗支气管哮喘有效的药物,可减轻气道炎性反应,改善肺功能。 Objective To investigate effects of glucocorticoid inhalation therapy on interleukin-5 (IL-5) and IL- l0 of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma from January to December 2015 were divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 40) according to treatment method. control group was given Theophylline orally and β2 adrenergic receptor agonist inhalation, while observation group was given glucocorticoid and β2 adrenergie receptor agonist inhalation therapy. Clinically curative effect and pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment were detected and compared in the two groups. IL-5 and IL-10 levels before and after treatment were detected using sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay , and the difference of IL-5 and IL- l0 levels were compared in the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). After treatment, values of vital capacity , forced vital capacity , forced expiratory volume in the first second and the peak expiratory flow were higher than those before treatment in two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and af ter treatment, the above values in observation group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). After treatment, the serum IL-5 levels were lower, and the IL-10 levels were higher than those before treatment in the two groups (P 〈 0.05), and after treatment, the IL-5 level was lower, while IL-10 level was higher in observation group than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid is effective in treatment of bronchial asthma. It can relieve airway in- flammatory reaction and improve lung function.
