基于Logistic模型的福建省社会组织与政府协同意愿的影响因素分析

On the Influencing Factors of Collaboration between Social Organizations and Government Based on Logistic Model

通过对福建省社会组织的调研,运用Logistic回归分析模型对社会组织与政府协同影响因素进行分析,结果发现:社会组织与政府协同意愿受到社会组织是否已经承接政府委托项目、社会组织与政府部门联系、政府对社会组织参与提供公共服务的态度、社会组织业务主管部门、社会组织个人会员数量、社会组织负责人的平均年龄等因素的显著影响,而社会组织资产价值、协同相关法规与政策完善程度、协同社会公众环境优劣等因素没有显著性影响。因此,作为社会组织而言,需要积极主动挖掘与政府联系的机会和可能;作为政府而言,需要努力创建与社会组织合作的平台和环境。

Using investigative data from Fujian social organizations, this paper aims at the influencing factors on the collaboration between social organizations and government on the basis of logistic regression model. The result shows that some factors have a significant impact, such as whether the social organization has undertaken the government commissioned projects, the contact of social organizations with government department, the government＇s attitude towards the participation of social organizations in providing public services, the professional subordinate department of social organizations, the number of individual members of social organization and the average age of the leader of the social organization. But the impact of some factors is not noticeable, such as, the asset value of social organization, the relevant laws and regulations and policies of collaboration, the social environment of collaboration, etc. Thus, the social organization should look for every opportunity and possibility to link with the government, and the government should also create the platform to cooperate with social organizations.
