摘要
受种种因素的影响,我国少数民族地区职业教育发展仍然比较落后,师资力量薄弱,教师队伍水平不高,严重影响着职业学校的办学质量。要提高少数民族地区职业教育的教育质量,就要大力培养高素质的教师,因此更要注重少数民族地区师范生职业素养的职前培养。因此应从加强适应民族教育的教学培养;因地制宜,开发地方性课程资源;高校与当地政府及当系学校合作,在少数民族地区建立实习实训基地三个方面入手,完善少数民族师范生职业素养的培养途径,以便更好地为少数民族地区职业教育的发展培养更加优秀的骨干力量。
Due to multiple factors, the development of vocational education at ethnic minority areas has lagged behind and the education quality has been affected by weak teacher resources and low level teaching. Enhancing the education quality has been depending on cultivating high-level teachers. Therefore, it is important to pay more attention to pre-service training for normal-school students" prot'essionalism at ethnic minority areas. Widening the channels to cultivate students" professionalism could start fi'om three aspects including strengthening teaching level adapting to the minority nationality education, developing local curricular resources according to local conditions and constructing the practice and training bases at ethnic minority areas through cooperation with local government and schools so that more outstanding backbones could be cultivated for vocational education at ethnic minority areas.
