考虑粗糙程度影响的环网柜二次小室凝露现象研究 被引量:8

摘要 凝露现象是影响电气设备乃至整个电力系统安全可靠运行的重要问题之一。基于人工环境气候室搭建了环网柜二次小室凝露现象实验系统,记录了不同环境条件下,环网柜二次小室壁面在粗糙、较粗糙、光滑三种粗糙程度时形成凝露所需的时间。实验结果表明:二次小室壁面越粗糙,凝露形成所需的时间越长;存在最优的环境温度使二次小室内最不易发生凝露现象;二次小室柜内外温差越小,防凝露效果越好;小室内温度较低时,温差对凝露时间的影响大于空气含湿量,凝露时间随温差的减小而增长,小室内的温度较高时,空气含湿量对凝露时间的影响大于温差,凝露时间随空气含湿量的增加而减小。 Condensation is one of the most important problems which affects the safety and reliability of electrical equipment and the entire power system. An experiment system of condensation inside the cabinet is set up based on artificial climate chamber. Condensation formation time under different environmental conditions are recorded when the wall surface of the chamber is in rough condition,rougher condition and smooth condition. The results show that,the rougher the surface is the longer condensation time in secondary cabinet is. There is an optimal ambient temperature making it less possible for condensation in the chamber. The smaller the temperature difference between inside and outside is the better anti-condensation is. When the temperature in the cabinet is low,effect of temperature difference on condensation time is greater than humidity ratio and the condensation time increases as the temperature difference decrease. If the temperature in the cabinet is high,effect of humidity ratio on condensation time will be greater than temperature difference. And the condensation time decreases as the humidity ratio increases.
