管理培训体系建设依据和培训策划应注意的问题

摘要 自2008年以来,国家对不同管理人员的培训类别、培训对象、培训内容、培训目标和培训时间都有明文规定。本文根据国家相关的培训规定,从培训原则和目标的明确、培训对象的分类分层、培训内容的模块化、培训时间和期限的界定、培训形式和方法的优化、培训管理的规范化六个方面探讨培训策划时应注意的问题,使管理培训更具规范性和针对性,更好地提升管理人员的政治素质、政策水平和业务能力,适应各项管理工作高效运转的需要。 Training types, targeted participants, training Contents, training objectives and training length for management personnels at all levels are officially and respectively stipulated in our country. To fulfill the relevant specified national training requirements, this article discusses the six principal mesures that should be taken in training planning: definiting principles and objectives of the training, classifying and layering trainees, modularizing the traning contents, definiting the training length and duration, optimizing the training forms and methods and standardizing the training management. The mesures are supposed to make management training more normative and targeted to improve the political quality, the policy level and operational capacity of the management personnels, and therefore to meet the need of efficient management operation.
