美军“施里弗”系列太空作战演习解读

Analysis and Comprehension on Schriever Wargames by USAF

"施里弗"系列演习是美军专门针对未来太空安全和太空战进行的高层次战略演习,截至目前共举行了10次。通过系统梳理和全面回顾美军"施里弗"系列太空作战演习,对历次演习的举行时间、演习地点、演习内容、演习想定设置时间、运用/涉及的武器装备与技术手段、结论影响等基本情况进行了比较,分析了演习的组织力量以及6种参演力量,剖析了演习所担负的传播器与演练场双重功能;并按不同背景将系列演习分为以应对地区冲突为背景、以反恐作战为背景、以多国参与为背景3种类型,总结了演习所具有的系列化、多元化、单边化、互动化、实战化特点。

Schriever Wargame,a high-level strategic exercise of U.S.Air Force（USAF）for future space security and space war,has been organized for ten times.Through systematic comprehensive review of Schriever Wargame by USAF,the paper compares the basic conditions of all previous exercises in terms of time,site,content,time setting,weapons utilized/involved and technical means,conclusions and influences,etc.Also,the paper analyzes the organizing force and six participating forces of the exercise and discusses the dual functions of the exercise：communication and demonstration.According to different contexts,the paper classifies the exercises into three types：exercises for regional conflicts,exercises for antiterrorism warfare and exercises participated by multiple countries.In the end,the paper concludes the characteristics of the exercises：serialization,diversification,unilateralization,interactivity and actual combat.
