食道癌切除术后优质护理的满意度

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Satisfaction of Patients after Resection of Esophageal Cancer

目的研究分析食道癌切除术后应用优质护理患者及家属满意度。方法选取2015年12月至2016年10月于我院诊治的食道癌患者60例,分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组患者住院期间均接受食管癌根治术治疗,其中观察组患者采取全程优质护理,而对照组则采取传统常规护理。比较两组患者及家属对护理工作的满意度,并记录患者术后恢复及并发症情况。结果观察组患者及家属对术后护理满意度为96.67%(29/30),显著高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05),但观察组患者术后进食时间、引流管放置时间等术后恢复指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对食道癌术后患者采取优质护理有助于提高患者及家属满意度,并促进患者恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-quality nursing on satisfaction of patients after resection of esophageal cancer. Methods 30 cases of esophageal cancer were selected as control group,30 cases in contemporaneity as experimental group in our hospital from December 2015 to October 2016. All patients were treated with radical resection of esophageal cancer,and the experimental group received high quality nursing,then the control group received conventional nursing. The satisfaction of patients,incidence of postoperative recovery and complications of two groups were observed and compared.Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 96. 67%（ 29/30）,which was significantly better than that of the control group 66. 67%（ 20/30）（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）,but the recovery index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion High quality postoperative nursing care of patients with esophageal cancer help to improve patient and family satisfaction,and promote patient recovery.
