温泉浴疗应用于风湿性疾病的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of hot spring bath therapy in rheumatic diseases

温泉浴疗作为一种康复治疗方法对于治疗风湿性疾病有一定临床疗效。目前,国内还没有检索到温泉浴疗治疗风湿性疾病的研究综述。本文介绍温泉浴疗治疗风湿性疾病的发展简史、常见风湿性疾病临床研究进展和相关机制。通过国内外研究发现,温泉浴疗对几种常见风湿性疾病有一定疗效。但是,在今后需要大样本量,并且长期的随访评价来进一步论证温泉浴疗对风湿性疾病患者的临床疗效,更好地指导风湿性疾病患者进行正确有效的温泉治疗,以改善病症提高其生活质量。

Hot spring bath therapy as a rehabilitation therapy shows certain positive clinical effects in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.However, currently there is no review on hot spring bath therapy in the treatment of rheumatic diseases domestically.This paper introduces the brief development history of hot spring bath therapy in the treatment of rheumatic diseases, current clinical research progress of common rheumatic diseases and their relevant mechanism.Ac- cording to domestic and overseas research, it is found that hot spring bath therapy has certain curative effects on some common rheumatic diseases.But a large number of samples and long-term follow-up evaluation are needed in the fu- ture to further demonstrate the clinical effects of hot spring bath therapy on rheumatic diseases, so as to guide the suf- ferers with rheumatic diseases to get correct and effective hot spring bath therapy, and improve their symptoms and the quality of life.
