软组织损伤疼痛隶属于疼痛学分支,其发展也伴随着疼痛医学的诊断、治疗及基础研究的发展。慢性软组织损伤为临床常见病,较急性损伤多见,无论是肌肉、肌腱、腱鞘、韧带、筋膜、滑囊,均可因慢性损伤受到损害,表现出相应的临床症状,其中以疼痛及功能障碍多见。软组织的慢性损伤多数是由于人体对长期、反复、持续的姿势或职业动作在局部产生应力,软组织代偿性肥大、增生,超越代偿能力即形成轻微损伤,如不能及时休息及治疗,累积、迁延即形成慢性损伤。所以说,慢性软组织损伤是可以预防的,及时进行治疗也是防止病情进一步发展很重要的因素。慢性软组织损伤作为一种常见病、多发病,我们有必要针对其发展进行回顾性研究,以便能更好的促进这一学科未来的发展。本文就慢性软组织损伤疼痛的国内外发展现状,近年来广泛应用的新型诊断、治疗方法及目前技术的局限性和不足展开论述,以期为广大同行提供有益借鉴。

Soft tissue injury pain is subordinate to pain medicine, and its development also walks along with the de- velopment of diagnosis, treatment and basic research of pain medicine.Chronic soft tissue injury is a common clinical disease, with more occurrence than acute injury.Muscle, tendon, tendon sheath, ligament, fascia, and bursa mucosa can be injured by chronic injury, showing the corresponding clinical symptoms, among which pain and dysfunction are common.Chronic soft tissue injury mainly results from local stress caused by long-term ,repeated and continuous pos- ture or occupational action of human body, which leads to compensatory hypertrophy and hyperplasia of soft tissues, and the surpassed compensative capacity makes slight injuries, if without timely rest or treatment, accumulation and de- lay will develop them into chronic injuries.So chronic soft tissue injury can be preventive, and timely treatment can prevent it from further development.Chronic soft tissue injury is a common clinical disease with frequent occurrence, which deserves necessary retrospective study so as to promote the future development of this subject.The paper dis- cusses the current situation and development both domestic and overseas of chronic pain related to soft tissue injury, the widely applied new diagnosis, treatment methods, and current limitation and deficiency in technology, in order to provide the beneficial reference for the peers.
