疗养期间特勤人员心理护理效果分析

Effect analysis of mental nursing for special-duty staff in rehabilitation

目的探讨特勤疗养员疗养期间心理护理的措施及效果,为临床护理工作提供客观依据。方法将2016年5月入青岛第二疗养院疗养的特勤疗养员97名随机分为训练组(n=49)和对照组(n=48),训练组进行心理护理,对照组进行常规心理测评及心理健康教育。比较训练前后两组的症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自我和谐量表(SCCS)的差异。结果心理护理后训练组躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖因子分显著低于对照组(t=-3.81,-2.92,-2.66,-1.52,-1.44,P<0.01),自我和谐量表各因子分也显著低于对照组(t=-7.11,-5.86,-2.55,-5.34,P<0.01)。结论心理护理能够提高和改善特勤疗养员的心理健康水平和自我和谐程度。

Objective To explore the mental nursing measures and effects for special-duty staff in rehabilitation, so as to provide objective basis for the clinical nursing work.Methods A total of 97 special-duty convalescents admitted to Qingdao No.2 Navy Sanatorium from May 2016 were randomly divided into training group（n=49） and control group（n =48）.The training group received mental nursing, while the control group received routine mental assessment and mental health education.Differences of SCL-90 scores and Self Consistency Congruence Scale（SCCS） scores of the two groups before and after training were compared. Results After mental nursing, the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and terror factors of the training group were signifi- cantly lower than those of the control group （t = - 3.81, - 2.92, - 2.66, - 1.52, - 1.44, P 〈 0.01）, and the factor scores of SCCS were significantly lower than those of the control group （t = - 7.11, - 5.86, - 2.55, - 5.34, P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Mental nursing can improve the mental health level and self consistency and congruence degree of special-duty convalescents.
