窄谱中波紫外线联合外用卡泊三醇膏治疗中老年人寻常型银屑病临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合外用卡泊三醇膏治疗中老年人寻常型银屑病疗效。方法收集皮肤科门诊中老年人寻常型银屑病168例,按就诊顺序随机分为3组,3组患者用不同的治疗方法治疗10周,比较其疗效。结果 NB-UVB照射和卡泊三醇的联合治疗组有效率最高,有效率73.33%,其次是单纯NB-UVB照射组,有效率64.29%,单纯卡泊三醇外用组最低,有效率30.77%。结论 NB-UVB照射和卡泊三醇的联合治疗中老年人寻常型银屑病疗效较好。
