右佐匹克隆治疗急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍的疗效及安全性

目的分析右佐匹克隆对急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者的治疗效果。方法选择2015-07—2016-05收治的缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者90例进行分组,分别予以常规治疗(常规组)和右佐匹克隆治疗(观察组)各45例,对比组间疗效。结果治疗前两组的PSQI指数和NIHSS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的PSQI指数和NIHSS评分均显著低于常规组水平(P<0.05)。结论右佐匹克隆对于急性缺血性脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者的治疗效果显著,有利于睡眠质量和神经功能改善。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Dexzopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke.Methods 90 sufferers with sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke from July 2015 to May 2016 were divided into conventional group with conventional therapy and observation group with Dexzopiclone therapy, then the curative effects between both groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in PSQI index and NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment（P 〉 0.05）;After treatment,the PSQI index and NIHSS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dexzopiclone shows remarkable curative effects in the treatment of sleep disorders after acute ischemic stroke, which can help improve the sleep quality and neurological function.
