简介国际铁路联盟标准UIC 712《钢轨伤损》历次制修订过程,从钢轨伤损定义、钢轨伤损位置定义和钢轨伤损通用编码系统,概述UIC 712:2002《钢轨伤损》。比较UIC标准与TB/T 1778—2010《钢轨伤损分类》的主要差异,根据多年实践经验和钢轨失效分析案例,从钢轨的伤损定义、伤损位置、伤损状态、伤损程度、伤损分类系统、伤损类型等方面,提出对于UIC 712:2002的修订建议。

The article briefly introduces the development,revision of UIC 712 Rail Defects developed by UIC（In-ternational Union of Railways）.It specifies UIC 712：2002 Rail Defects in view of the definitions of rail defects,rail defect positions and general coding system for rail defects. By comparing the main differences between the UICstandard and TB/T 1778—2010 Catalogue of Rail Defects,based on practical experience for years and rail failureanalysis cases,the article gives some suggestions for revising UIC 712：2002,in view of rail deflect definitions,defect positions,defect status,degree of deflects,defect classification system,defect category and so on.
