对IEC轨道交通牵引系统组合试验标准的研究(下)

Study on IEC Combination Test Standards for Traction System in Railway Applications(Part 2 to 2)

我国国家标准GB/T 25117(所有部分)—2010《轨道交通机车车辆组合试验》分别等同采用或修改采用国际电工委员会(IEC)标准IEC 61377(所有部分)《轨道交通机车车辆组合试验》。目前IEC新标准IEC 61377:2016《轨道交通机车车辆牵引系统组合试验方法》已发布实施。在我国国家标准修订前,存在IEC新标准和我国国家标准共存的情况。通过研究IEC新标准与旧标准的异同点及存在的问题,为实施IEC新标准,修订我国国家标准提供指导。

The national standard GB/T 25117（all） —2010 Railway Applications-Rolling Stock-Combined Testing separately and equally adopts or revises IEC 61377（all） Railway Applications-Rolling Stock-Combined Testing. The new IEC 61377：2016 Railway Applications-Rolling stock-Combined Testing of Traction System has beenreleased and implemented. Prior to the revision of the national standard,the new IEC standard and the national stan-dard coexist. By studying similarities and differences in the new and old IEC standards and existing problems,it canguideline the implementation of the new IEC standard and the revision of the national standard.
