华光TD-G型免处理热敏版在机处理方法研究

摘要 免处理版无需显影冲洗过程,未曝光的非图文区域涂层是在印刷机上通过润版液的浸润变得膨胀松软,然后在油墨的粘性和剪切力的作用下被转移到橡皮布上,再被过版纸带走,露出亲水性的铝板基。华光TD-G型免处理热敏版感光性能优异稳定,耐印力高,制版曝光后可直接上机印刷。通过润版液水量大小、水辊运转时间和墨辊运转时间三因素进行分析讨论,单因素分析和正交设计方法,对版材曝光后在印刷机上进行在机处理开机方法进行实验,得出润版液水量在30%时,水辊运转时间为50秒,墨辊运转时间为30秒,过版纸的数量较少。 Processless CTP Plates don't need the developing-washing process. The coating of non-image area is transferred to the blanket through the fountain solution soaking and the viscosity of the ink and the shear force.. The photosensitive property of HuaGuang TD-G Processless Thermal CTP Plate is excellent and stabile and it has long-run, which is directly assembled into printing after exposure without developing. Thought the analysis of the three factors of the amount of fountain solution, the water roll running time and the ink running time of the single factor test results and orthogonal test of three factors results, we can conclude that the number of make ready paper is less under the development on press method of 30% of the fountain solution, 50 second of the water roll running time and 50 second of the water ink running time .
