民国时期全国邮务总工会述评

A REVIEW OF THE NATIONAL POSTAL FEDERATION OF TRADE UNIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA

有关民国时期全国邮务总工会的研究,是学术界的缺失所在。中国的邮务大权长期执掌于外人之手,随着工人阶级的觉醒,工人运动蓬勃发展起来,早期地方邮务工会组织应运而生,在全国邮工的共同努力下,1932年全国邮务总工会终于成立。成立后的全国邮务总工会,集中发挥力量,领导全国邮工驱除外籍邮务长,收回邮权;号召全国邮工进行爱国的捐机捐款;在文教事业方面,开办学校,创办《中华邮工》杂志;维护女邮工的权利,为邮务事业的长久发展做出了贡献。

There are few research results about the national postal federation of trade unions in the academic area. For a long time, the power of postal services was held by outsiders. With the awakening of the working class, the labour movement flourished, and the early local postal unions emerged. Under the joint efforts of the national postal workers, the national postal union was finally established in 1932. It concentrated power and led national postal workers to drive away the foreign postmaster, as well as took back the postal right; appealed postal workers to donate machine and money; as for the area of culture and education, it set up schools and founded China postal worker magazine; defended the rights of female postal workers, made contributions to the long-term development of the postal en- terprise.
