战略性新兴产业集聚驱动因素实证研究——以安徽省为例

Empirical Study on the Strategic Emerging Industries Agglomeration Factors——A Case of Anhui Province

构建战略性新兴产业集聚驱动因素的空间计量模型,选取安徽2006—2015年各地级市面板数据为样本,运用偏微分方程分解法,度量各驱动因素的直接、间接与总效应。结果表明:正向直接效应的驱动因素依次为资本投入、人力资本、工业环境、创新和政府支持,且负向直接效应因素为融资环境;正向间接效应的驱动因素依次为人力资本、工业环境和创新,且负向间接效应依次为资本投入、政府支持和融资环境;在此基础上为欠发达地区的战略性新兴产业集聚提供政策建议。

Constructing strategic emerging industrial agglomeration factors spatial panel model, selecting panel data of cities in Anhui Province during 2006 to 2015, through the use of partial differential decomposition method, this article estimates the direct, indirect and total effects of different motivation factors. The results show that： the factors exerting direct positive effects are, in turn, capital investment, human capital, industrial environment, innovation and the government＇s support; the factors exerting di- rect negative effect is financing environment. The factors exerting indirect positive effects are, in turn, human capital, industrial environment and innovation; the factors exerting indirect negative effects are, in turn, capital investment, the government＇ s support and financing environment. According to the research results, this article puts forward policy suggestions for underdeveloped area.
